Has anyone out there bought the woolson plans for the neck M/T jig and successfuly used one . I just looked at the robbie o/brien video and figured out how to make the mortise part of the jig. The neck male part tenon seems much more complicated especially with the built in angle adjuster . Your thoughts would be appreciated, working on my first OM steel string thanks

Ernie,

I have both built and used Mr. O'Brien's latest M/T jig. I've seen it used dozen's of times at RRCC (Red Rocks Comm. College where he teaches). It's design makes getting the correct neck angle very easy to do. It's slicker than deer guts on a doorknob. ;)

If you email Mr. O'Brien, He'll tell you how to get plans for making your own.

Steve

I bought a set of the plans and was surprised how incomplete they were.
